What we collect
We collect only what's necessary to run the service:
- Your email address (used for authentication and, optionally, transactional emails)
- Prompts you submit for scoring
- Your scores, streaks, and usage statistics
- Billing information processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers)
- A username you choose, if you set one
How we use it
- To run the grading engine and return your score
- To display your stats and leaderboard ranking
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send account-related emails (password resets, receipts)
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except where required to operate the service (Supabase for the database, Stripe for billing, Anthropic for AI grading).
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us (see below). Billing records may be retained for 7 years as required by tax law.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI model used for grading (prompts are sent for scoring; Anthropic's API data retention policy applies)
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
